Fill out the RX form to give us information about your lens prescription. Choose any options and extras that you desire.
- After you fill out the form you will check out and pay. The frame price will not be included. You will get a confirmation email with your order.
- Print out the order and send it to us with your frames. You might want to include a copy of your prescription to make sure everything is filled out properly.
- Once we receive your package it will go to our lab. It normally takes about 7-10 days to fullfill the order.
