We must be contacted to authorize all returns.  Please contact us via email so we can approve any and all returns.  Products sent back without contact will not be accepted. 

Return of non-defective or non stock products might be subjected to a 30% restocking fee and special-made merchandise such as prescription eyeglasses cannot be returned.  Visionaries and clip on flip up sunglasses can be returned for refund or replacement with no stocking charge.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Where appropriate, credit will be given within two weeks of the product’s return. VS Eyewear is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. If the shipment shows evidence of damage, the package must be opened before signing the receipt at delivery. If damage or loss is evident, it must be noted on the carrier’s delivery sheet, then a claim should be filed immediately with the carrier and we need to be notified. Contact us at 1-484-546-0029 to assist with the UPS claim.

Replacement Policy

Step 1: Contact us at sales@vseyewear.com

Step 2: Following the receipt of your request, you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions. You will also receive approval to return the merchandise. Upon receipt of the Authorization, please package the item with packaging material and a copy of the packing slip, order or invoice. Provide a telephone number where you can be reached during the day.

Step 3: Ship package through carrier of your choice (we recommend you obtain a tracking number)

The steps listed above must be followed in order to ensure credit is applied to the appropriate customer account. Any returns received without prior approval will not be processed.

VS Eyewear is not responsible for returns not received or returns damaged during shipping.

Contact us immediately if you receive orders that are incorrect or items sent in error. Our customer service department will work with you to rectify any problems.

1. WARRANTY 
All our frames are fully guaranteed against manufacturer defects (material and workmanship) for one year from the date of purchase. This does not cover negligent use of the product (including scratched lenses). We will repair or replace any defective merchandise at no charge.

2. PRESCRIPTION GUARANTEE 
We guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescriptions or they will be remade at no charge. Prior to shipment, all prescription eyeglasses undergo a stringent quality control hand inspection. The lenses are checked at four different stations for accuracy and precision. We pride ourselves in our workmanship. Accurately filling your prescription is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that our quality control measures fail, we will promptly and courteously remake the lenses. Please follow the steps above for replacement of your product.  We cannot accept returns if the prescription glasses do not fit properly or you ordered an incorrect lens.  These glasses are special made just for you.  You can purchase the frames first to make sure it is a proper fit.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
No prescription order can be cancelled once it enters our lab; however, if you wish to cancel your order before it gos into the lab (usually in one business day), there is a $15.00 cancellation fee to account for the clerical time and card processing fees.  We cannot give exact shipping dates on our prescription glasses because it depends on frame style and additional options.

4. PRESCRIPTION LENS RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY
All prescription lenses are special orders, and are therefore non-refundable.  However, we understand there may be times you want to change the frame even though the prescription lenses are made correctly.  If, within 30 days of receipt of product, you wish to exchange your prescription glasses for a new pair, we will apply a discount of what you paid for the glasses (not including shipping costs) towards a new pair.

VS Eyewear is not responsible for products we do not receive or products damaged coming back to us in shipping.
